Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that                    
CSSJR27(RES) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading                
and placed on final passage.                                                   
                                                                               
Representative Brown objected and withdrew the objection.  There               
being no further objection, it was so ordered.
